Job summary

Class 1 Personnel recruits for a Courier Driver role in Crawley. The role involves safe, timely collection and delivery of parcels with 60/80 drops daily in consistent areas. You will follow health and safety standards and work in a team to ensure high-quality output for the client.

Vehicles, fuel and insurance are provided. Ideal candidates hold a Full UK Driving Licence, can provide 5 years HMRC history, and are prepared for UK criminal checks, right to work, and NI verification.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate parcel handling and delivery.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required to operate courier vehicles.
• Be able to prove right to work in the UK.
• Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal check.
• Provide National Insurance details as part of onboarding.
• Provide last 5 years history for HMRC checks.

Job description

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Courier Drivers for one of the largest Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain companies based in Crawley Gatwick RH10 3JY.

Courier Driver role mainly consists of safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels.

You will be tasked with the following: -

• 60/80 drops per day in consistent areas.
• Ensuring all health and safety and environmental standards are followed.
• Working as a team to ensure a quality product is produced for the client and targeted volumes are delivered.

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Courier Drivers role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills. You would also need the following:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Be able to provide your last 5 years history (HMRC)
• Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
• UK right to work
• Proof of National Insurance

Job Details

• This job is currently offering £14.73 to 15.95 p/h.
• Timings - 08:30 - 18:00 and 09:00 to 18:30
• (be 9 hours a day / 45 hours per week, with 30-minute mandatory unpaid break for lunch)
• Days: Mon- Fri (flexibility to do weekends)
• Vehicle, fuel and insurance provided.
