GR Employment Ltd is recruiting a Courier Driver in Maidstone, Panattoni Park area. You will deliver and collect shipments, providing frontline customer service and representing the company with a can-do attitude.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:45 AM–5:15 PM or 8:45 AM–6:15 PM. The role offers an hourly rate of £14.73 with supplements: £2.80 after 7pm, £1.22 Saturday, £2.27 Sunday, plus overtime after 45 hours. Holiday entitlement and ongoing consultant support are included.

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Maidstone, Panattoni Park area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers. This role is essential in upholding the company’s values and ethos, delivering service with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.

Monday to Friday 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM or 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Hourly Rate: £14.73 per hour

Shift Premium: Extra £2.80 per hour after 7.00 pm

Saturday Premium: Extra £1.22 per hour

Sunday Premium: Extra £2.27 per hour

Overtime is paid after 45 hours at time and a half

Job responsibilities:

As a Courier Driver, you will be measured on customer satisfaction and the successful completion of time-definite deliveries and collections. As a frontline representative of the company, you are expected to carry out all tasks with a strong customer-focused approach.

You must demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet customer expectations. While you will be assigned a specific geographical route, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to cover alternative routes to support business needs.

You will also be responsible for scanning shipments and working quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met. The role requires the ability to make sound decisions and perform effectively under pressure.
