GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Core Route Driver in Maidstone, Panattoni Park area. You will join a busy courier operation and be the frontline representative delivering excellent service to customers.

The role runs Monday to Friday with two shift options, paying hourly at £14.73 with a £2.80 premium after 7pm, plus Saturday and Sunday premium rates. You’ll scan shipments and meet warehouse deadlines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Core Route Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Maidstone, Panattoni Park area.

We are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused drivers to join a busy and fast-paced courier operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering excellent service, and working as part of a supportive team.

Monday to Friday 08:45 to 18:15 or 11:00 to 18:00

Hourly Rate: £14.73 per hour

Shift Premium: Extra £2.80 per hour after 7.00 pm

Saturday Premium: Extra £1.22 per hour

Sunday Premium: Extra £2.27 per hour

Job responsibilities:

As a Courier Driver, you will be measured on customer satisfaction and the successful completion of time-definite deliveries and collections. As a frontline representative of the company, you are expected to carry out all tasks with a strong customer-focused approach.

You must demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet customer expectations. While you will be assigned a specific geographical route, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to cover alternative routes to support business needs.

You will also be responsible for scanning shipments and working quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met. The role requires the ability to make sound decisions and perform effectively under pressure.
