Overview

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Courier Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Leeds, Cross Green Ind Estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from customers. This role is essential in upholding the company’s values and ethos, delivering service with speed, passion, and a can-do attitude.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be doing 60-80 delivery/collection stops, depending on the area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect shipments daily to and from customers; measure success by customer satisfaction and the completion of definite deliveries and collections.
• Act as a frontline representative for the company, completing all tasks in a customer-focused manner.
• Demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills to prioritise work and meet customers’ requirements.
• Work on an assigned geographical route, with flexibility to change routes as needed to meet business needs.
• Scan and work quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met; make sound decisions and work under pressure.

Shift

Monday to Friday, 08:15 – 17:45. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.
