Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is seeking a Courier Driver to join our reputable carrier partner network in the United Kingdom. You will complete numerous residential deliveries daily, uphold professional customer service, and perform vehicle checks to keep a van in safe working order.

The role offers weekly PAYE pay at £16.50 per hour, with potential for ongoing work. Applicants should have a valid UK Category B license, DBS check, and the ability to provide five years of work or

Qualifications

• A valid UK in-date Cat B license is required.
• DBS check may be required and can take up to two weeks.
• Provide five years of work/education history for security clearance.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Pay: £16.50 / hour including advanced holiday pay, (Weekly Pay, PAYE Only)

Your Responsibilities as a Courier Driver:

• Complete up to 35- 70 deliveries per day to residential addresses
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism during deliveries
• Perform vehicle checks and ensure the van is in safe working order.

What You'll Need as a Courier Driver:

• A valid UK, in-date Category B (car) license
• No more than 6 SP penalty points accepted (no BA/CD/CU/DR/IN endorsements)
• Able to provide 5 years of work / education history for security clearance
• DBS check required (can be provided but may take up to two weeks)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Good customer service skills and a safety-focused approach
