Job summary

Class 1 Personnel is recruiting a Courier Driver for a major logistics company in Cookstown. The role involves safe, timely parcel collection and delivery, with 60-80 drops daily across consistent areas and a 9-hour shift from 08:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.

Vehicle, fuel and insurance are provided. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, be able to provide a 5-year HMRC history, and be prepared for a UK criminal check and proof of National Insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to provide last 5 years of work history for HMRC.
• Willingness to undergo a UK criminal background check.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom with valid NI documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect parcels across designated routes.
• Maintain health and safety and environmental standards.

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Courier Driver for one of the largest Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain companies based in County Tyrone Cookstown BT8 08SB.

Courier Driver role mainly consists of safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels.

You will be tasked with the following:

• 60/80 drops per day in consistent areas.
• Ensuring all health and safety and environmental standards are followed.
• Working as a team to ensure a quality product is produced for the client and targeted volumes are delivered.

The Candidate:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Be able to provide your last 5 years history (HMRC)
• Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
• UK right to work
• Proof of National Insurance

Job Details:

• This job is currently offering £14.73 p/h.
• Timings - 08:30 to 18:30 (9 hours working, with mandatory unpaid break for lunch)
• Days: Mon- Fri
• Vehicle, fuel and insurance provided.
