Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall is seeking a compassionate Band 7 Team Manager for the Countywide Adult Eating Disorder Service. You will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, person-centred care across the service, with travel across the county to support a hybrid team.

You will work with Operational and Clinical leads to deliver high-quality care, develop staff, manage resources and drive quality improvements,

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in management roles or as a lay lead.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing complex clinical situations and risk.
• Passionate about compassionate, person-centred care.
• Committed to staff wellbeing, learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective clinical and operational leadership for the ward.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care and positive client outcomes.
• Lead, support and develop the multidisciplinary team.
• Manage service resources, workforce planning and budgets.
• Promote and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with governance, safeguarding, and health and safety.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and partner agencies.
