Job description

We need someone with the ability to bring together a wide range of teams across multiple community networks, to achieve national objectives.

St John has embarked on a journey to ensure that every community and every young person across England will be first aid confident. A leader with a passion for local volunteering and helping communities is needed to inspire and support volunteers on this journey at the County and Community Level.

We need someone with the ability to cultivate County relationships in order to shine a light on the positive impact our volunteers make in their local communities. We need someone who is committed to equity, inclusion and the fostering of a value-based leadership culture.

The deadline to apply for the County Commissioner role is midnight on Sunday 3 November.

Note: shortlisting will take place in early November and the interviews will be conducted on Monday 11th and Saturday 16th November.

An induction and training weekend will take place on the 25th and 26th January 2025 in Birmingham.
