YOUR JOURNEY AT BRP

As the Country Marketing Lead for the UK & Ireland, you will lead exciting initiatives. You will promote Can-Am’s off-road and heavy-duty vehicles, and support the launch of electric models disrupting the market.

We seek a passionate, customer-centric marketer with experience in deploying consumer engagement strategies and activating local marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with regional teams and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Go-to-Market Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement local annual marketing plans aligned with regional goals.
    • Coordinate trade shows, events, demo days, website updates, communication materials, CRM campaigns, and product launches.
    • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, measure results, evaluate ROI, and manage marketing budgets.
  2. Dealer Marketing:
    • Support dealers in creating and executing local marketing plans to enhance customer experience and retail sales.
    • Leverage BRP programs, including Coop initiatives, and support digital transformation at dealerships.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealers.
  3. Content Marketing & PR:
    • Generate locally relevant content during marketing initiatives to enhance brand storytelling.
    • Maintain relationships with media and PR agencies, coordinate media events, press testing, and manage demo fleets.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Business acumen: connecting marketing strategy with dealership operations.
  • Proactive attitude: results-oriented, pragmatic, accountable.
  • Collaborative spirit: effective communication and partnership-building with dealers.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment across multifunctional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Approximately 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is advantageous.
  • Interest or experience in powersports and motorcycles.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

The role is home-based in the UK with regular travel within the UK and Ireland, and occasional travel to EMEA HQ in Switzerland (up to 20%).
