Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the daily operations within the UK, develop client relationships across Africa, North, and South America, and provide technical expertise on various projects.
- Operational Leadership: Deliver comprehensive leadership and manage all client relationships within the UK and assigned regions, ensuring market share is maintained, investments are profitable, and growth targets are met.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the UK business, applying a hands-on approach to address strategic, technical, commercial, operational, and personnel challenges impacting customer service and performance.
- Project Delivery: Lead delivery teams for new projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, technical standards, safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Operational Support: Develop a high-performing, innovative support function capable of devising bespoke technical solutions to meet client needs.
- Sales and Client Relations: Create annual sales plans for existing and new clients, maintain strong client relationships, and act as the primary communication point for client issues.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure daily operations align with corporate policies, strategies, and goals.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency through process enhancements, personnel development, and practical measures.
- Performance Management: Achieve business objectives, manage budgets and targets, and report on business performance.
- Business Development: Engage in business development activities within the UK and assigned regions, including tender management.
- Technical Services: Provide technical support to clients in line with targets.
- Office Management: Establish and manage the UK office in compliance with local legislation and governance.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the UK office, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
