Job Description:

Our client, within the iGaming/online casino industry, is looking for a pro-active leader with deep commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to lead strategy, growth, and operations for a top-tier online gaming brand.

This is a high-impact leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2C environment, understands the Italian market inside out, and knows how to turn insights into action!

My client will consider candidates based anywhere in the UK and across Europe.

Fluency in Italian & English, as well as iGaming/online casino experience, is essential to be considered for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute a winning marketing and brand strategy aligned with global objectives
• Drive player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth using data-driven decision-making
• Manage local marketing, partnerships, and media strategies to maximize brand presence
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable success
• Lead cross-functional teams, working with stakeholders to enhance product offerings and optimize customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• Senior leadership experience in the iGaming or online casino industry
• Deep expertise in the Italian market, including regulatory compliance
• Strong background in digital marketing, business strategy, and financial management
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
