Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead and expand its presence in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, team leadership, marketing strategy execution, and P&L management.

Requirements: At least three years of business development experience in FX & CFDs, along with two years of managing a team of BDMs and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to grow market share and revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and oversee marketing initiatives.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the market, ensuring revenue targets and budgets are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local alliances.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
  • Provide market trend reports and performance insights.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in business development within FX & CFDs.
  • At least 2 years managing BDM teams and marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
  • Proven P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion skills.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and marketing analytics.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, especially relevant to the target market.
