  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Implement and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) in key operational areas including patient onboarding, logistics, clinical consultations, and compliance.
  • Hands-on recruitment, training, and development of staff, building a cohesive local team.
  • Collaborate directly with Regulatory, Product, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to ensure operational alignment and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of German and global medical cannabis markets for effective commercial and regulatory decision-making.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in external marketing and PR activities as necessary.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years’ leadership experience in operations, business development, or market-entry roles, ideally in fast-paced environments or regulated sectors.
  • Practical experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, logistics, or medical cannabis is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling businesses, implementing robust operational processes, and leading small-to-medium teams effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and effective communicator, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
