Job description

Role: Spanish Speaking Remediation - Country Manager - UK

Location: London - Hybrid (2-3 days a week)

Duration: Until the end of 2025

Rate: 416 GBP/day

Description:
  1. Experience working with clients in America.
  2. Good understanding of cards and payments processing lifecycle, including issuing and acquiring.
  3. Proactively resolve client business and technical problems, demonstrating strong leadership and autonomy within the business matrix.
  4. Document requirements critical to achieving business objectives; identify and establish project scope based on requirements analysis, impact, outcome criteria, and action plans.
  5. Knowledge and experience in the card scheme ecosystem (merchants, acquirers, networks, PSPs).
  6. Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving demands and conditions.
  7. Review data, conduct operational business reviews, and provide opportunity recommendations to merchants, demonstrating data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  8. Build strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner and influencing decisions cross-functionally.
  9. Manage technical communications with clients’ technical teams, project teams, customer service, and senior management.
