Overview

Swinton Estate Spa is a full time permanent position located at Swinton Estate in the Yorkshire Dales. The role is for a Country Club & Spa Reception Supervisor, with a full-time 40 hours per week schedule, working 5 days over 7 (to include weekends on a rota basis). Salary is up to £26,500 per annum plus service charge.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Country Club and Spa Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure an exceptional first impression for all visitors.

The Role

As Spa Reception Supervisor you will:

  • Oversee daily operations at the reception desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide leadership and support to the reception team, including training and mentoring.
  • Welcome members and guests warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations accurately using our system.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflective of the club's high standards.
  • Handle escalated complaints or feedback effectively, maintaining a positive image of the club.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless service delivery.
