We are recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT operators for our automotive client in Solihull, Birmingham, B92.

These are temporary ongoing opportunities working with two of the world's largest brands.

We are looking for counterbalance forklift drivers who can commit to working on a permanent afternoon shift, with a salary ranging from £16.28ph to £28.08ph.

Rate of Pay

• Basic £16.28ph (40 hours paid per week)

Hours of Work

• Permanent Afternoon shift: 14:00-22:00

Days of Work

• Monday to Friday

Duties

• Driving Counterbalance truck with short and long fork attachments
• Loading/unloading from trailers
• Moving pallets, stillages, and boxes
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Checking stock numbers
• Checking and tagging
• Loading pallets onto automated tracks

Requirements

• Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol test and undertake a DBS check (done by us)
• Minimum of 12 months recent counterbalance forklift driving experience
• In-date Counterbalance truck license (taken or refreshed within the last 3 years)
• Certificates accredited by ABA/AITB/RTITB/ITSSAR
• Must be numerate and literate and pass a theory, pre-use inspection, and practical FLT assessment on site
