Join Our Team as a Counterbalance Operative!

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated Counterbalance Operative to join our clients thriving warehouse team in Fengate, Peterborough.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Counterbalance Operative, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating forklifts to move, locate, and load products.
• Ensuring that all goods are handled and stored according to company standards.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Conducting regular checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Some heavy lifting 25kg.
• Conversion of Counterbalance license to Flexibendi.

• A valid Counterbalance licence.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
