Job Description:

Manpower is recruiting for one of our clients in the Prestwick & Ayr area. We are looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver/General operative to join a well-established, rapidly growing company on a temporary basis.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, from 07:30 to 17:00.

The pay rate is £13.00 per hour, with weekly pay and access to Manpower benefits, training, and candidate rewards.

Duties will involve:

• Loading and unloading products safely and in a timely manner, following the company's safe system of work.
• Stacking stock safely in the yard according to company procedures.
• Checking, accounting for, and loading goods correctly.
• Heavy lifting of products in the yard.
• Loading/unloading HGV vehicles and vans.
• Handling incoming deliveries of various products.

Please note, a valid counter-balance forklift license is essential. Only in-date certificates/cards are accepted; in-house tickets are not valid.

Due to the location, your own transport is essential unless you live nearby.
