Pertemps Wolverhampton is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver for a busy engineering, manufacturing, and production client in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled forklift operators, FLT drivers, and production forklift operatives looking for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Move, load, and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Supply production lines with materials and maintain accurate stock control.
• Work safely in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (RTITB / ITSSAR preferred).
• Recent, hands-on experience operating a counterbalance FLT – mandatory.
• Background in manufacturing, production, or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of pallet handling, racking systems, and safe material movement.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a production team.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
• £13.00 per hour
• Temp to Perm contract
• Immediate start available
