QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse in Lincolnshire. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, moving stock and materials around the site and assisting with general warehouse tasks as required.

Applicants with a valid licence are preferred, but previous experience is not strictly required. Regular hours and a steady weekday routine are offered to support consistent work patterns.

If you hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence and want to put your skills to use, this could be a great opportunity. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, making the role suitable for newly qualified operators too.
You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by moving stock and materials safely around the workplace. Your duties will include transporting and positioning goods, moving stock to the correct storage areas and assisting with general warehouse tasks when required.

You’ll also be expected to maintain a safe and organised working environment, follow all Health & Safety procedures and work alongside colleagues to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
