Job summary

RecruitEasy are recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift role based in Buckfastleigh, Devon. This temporary position starts on 06 August 2026 and pays £15.13 per hour, with weekly payments.

The role involves forklift operation (≈40%) and manual order picking (≈60%), plus loading, unloading and stock movement. You will follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Aisle Master/Bendi forklift licence
• Experience in warehouse or logistics
• Ability to handle manual handling and order picking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift truck safely (about 40% of duties)
• Perform manual order picking (about 60%)
• Load/unload and move stock efficiently
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Support warehouse team with general duties
