Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months counterbalance forklift experience.
• Confident, competent forklift operator with a strong focus on safety and care.
• Experience using long fork attachments is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of container loading and space optimisation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on a PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move, store and pick stock safely and efficiently.
• Load containers correctly to maximise space and ensure secure, compliant loads.
• Work accurately to reduce risk of damage to stock, racking and equipment.
• Support general warehouse duties as required, keeping the work area clean and safe.
• Role is 70% forklift and 30% general warehouse tasks, including wrapping and preparing parcels for dispatch.
