Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking experienced forklift counterbalance drivers for our client in the Hortonwood area. The role runs on a 4 on / 4 off rota with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including weekends.

You will operate a forklift, feed lines to production, and manage stock movements in SAP while upholding health and safety standards. Require a valid counterbalance licence (in-house licences not accepted) and at least 2 years of relevant experience; a Reach licence is

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a forklift counterbalance driver
• Valid forklift counterbalance licence required (in-house licences not accepted)
• Reach licence advantageous
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred
• Must be able to provide references and work weekends as part of the rota

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely in a busy warehouse environment
• Feed lines to production areas
• Update and manage stock movements in the SAP system
• Support the team to maintain smooth warehouse operations
• Adhere to health and safety policies at all times
