Boughey Distribution Limited in Ealing, Greater London, is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our busy Value Added Services team. The role involves moving goods, loading/unloading, and maintaining stock checks with strict health and safety adherence.

We offer weekly pay (£13.76/hr), enhanced overtime (£20.64/hr), 4 on/4 off shifts (6am-6pm), 23.5 holidays per year, funded training, and progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date forklift licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
• Manual handling training.

Responsibilities

• Counterbalance and Reach forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries from vehicles.
• Moving goods to and from storage areas within the warehouse.
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and hazard-free.
