Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operative for a busy warehouse in Ashford, Kent on a 1-week assignment starting Monday 17th August. You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load/unload deliveries, move stock, and maintain a safe, tidy environment.

Essential licenses include Counterbalance Forklift and CSCS. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team with good communication. Rate is £19.00 per hour for 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Full PPE, including safety boots and high-visibility clothing.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Two recent, checkable work references.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe working practices.
