Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy FMCG warehouse in Pinxton. You will operate counterbalance FLTs, move stock and materials, and support daily warehouse tasks. Immediate start available with the potential to progress after 12 weeks to permanent employment.

The role features a rotating three-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) and offers £16.90 per hour. This is a temporary-to-perm position with steady work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid counterbalance forklift licence.
• Has proven experience operating counterbalance FLTs.
• Is reliable and safety-conscious.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Gas truck experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
• Move and handle high volumes of stock and materials.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities.
• Ensure goods are moved safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
