Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Ipswich is seeking a Forklift Driver to join the La Doria team. You will work Monday to Friday with one rotating Saturday, in the mornings 06:00-14:30 and the middle shift 14:00-22:30.

You will load vehicles using a counterbalance, offload containers and deliveries, ensure correct put-away, assist with rework, and uphold Health and Safety to minimise risks. This is a permanent, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a counterbalance is essential.
• Counterbalance license highly preferrable.
• Experience of working in a warehouse environment.
• Good levels of communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cohesively and well with others.

Responsibilities

• Loading vehicles using a counterbalance.
• Offloading containers and customer deliveries.
• Ensuring deliveries are received and put away correctly.
• Repacking and consolidating items to support the rework team.
• Keep Health and Safety responsibility to minimise risks, hazards and incidents.
