Industrious Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse in Leighton Buzzard. The role is full-time with Monday to Friday hours and a stable day shift, offering ongoing work for the right candidate.

Duties include operating a Counterbalance forklift, loading/unloading deliveries, moving stock, and supporting general warehouse tasks while maintaining high health and safety standards. Immediate start available for experienced applicants.

Qualifications

• Valid and relevant Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a busy warehouse environment.
• Confident loading and unloading vehicles.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good awareness of health & safety.
• Comfortable working as part of a wider warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading pallets.
• Supplying materials to the relevant areas of the operation.
• Supporting the warehouse team with general duties when required.
• Ensuring all goods are moved and stored safely.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
