Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy recycled plastics manufacturing site in Rhyl, Denbighshire. The role is full-time temporary, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, paid weekly at £12.71 per hour.

You will safely operate a counterbalance forklift, assist with shredding equipment as part of the recycling process, move materials and finished products around the site, and adhere to all health and safety standards on shift.

Qualifications

• Valid accredited counterbalance forklift licence is required.
• Minimum of 1 year's forklift driving experience.
• Experience in a recycling or waste management environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift throughout the facility.
• Operate shredding equipment as part of the recycling process.
• Move and organise materials and finished products across the site.
• Adhere to health and safety standards during the shift.
