Overview

This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift, handling warehouse stock, performing inventory control, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement within an air freight warehouse environment.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – 7:00am to 7:00pm

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities include:

• Operate a forklift to move goods
• Handle warehouse stock including picking, unloading, labelling, and storing
• Maintain inventory and audit standards
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures
• Use IT tools like the FCL Dashboard for operations
• Report to supervisors and foster teamwork
• Cover supervisor duties when necessary
• Support continuous improvement and meet team objectives

Candidate requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Experience with air freight warehouse operations
• Reliable, team-oriented, and communicative
• Computer literate and fluent in English
• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off schedule
