Job Description:

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy logistics site in Fradley, Lichfield

Pay: £15.00 per hour (PAYE) - Weekly Pay

Shifts: Start times from 17:00

Shift Length: 8.5 hours (including a 30-minute unpaid break)

Your Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation: Skillfully operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload pallets.
High-Volume Handling: Manage 200-300 pallets per shift in a fast-paced setting.
What We're Looking For:

Valid Licence: Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (ITSSAR or RTITB preferred). In-house FLT licences are also accepted.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
