Counterbalance FLT Driver – Milton Keynes

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver in Milton Keynes to join a busy warehouse operation in Bletchley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and accredited FLT operator seeking a full-time position with a mix of forklift and delivery duties.

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Salary: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and promptly
• Load and unload vehicles using FLT and manual handling where necessary
• Carry out occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (must be in date and accredited by AITT, RTITB or ITSSAR – in-house licences are not accepted)
• Full UK Driving Licence (required for occasional delivery duties)
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience
• Punctual, dependable, and proactive approach to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
