Job summary

AM Global are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver and Labourer to join our client in Hartlepool. The role is based in a fast-paced recycling and processing facility, with duties spanning unloading wagons, operating the counterbalance forklift, line feeding and general labouring.

Working 5 days out of 7 on a two-shift pattern (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm), 40 hours per week with overtime and a temp-to-perm opportunity. Applicants must hold a valid counterbalance FLT license.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid counterbalance FLT license.
• Experience in a fast-paced recycling/processing facility is advantageous.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming wagons.
• Operate counterbalance FLT.
• Line feed operations for production line.
• Move loads around site.
• Load outgoing wagons.
• Perform general labouring duties.
• Carry out manual handling as required.
