Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance & Flexitruck) — Temporary Cover
Location: Sunderland
Rate: £14.40 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm (core hours)
Duration: Minimum 3 months, with potential for extension or permanent role

About the Role:
You’ll be working as part of our warehouse team, handling goods, materials and chemical products safely and efficiently. A good level of self-discipline and strong safety awareness is essential due to the nature of our work.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance and Flexitruck licences/experience

• Reasonable literacy skills (paperwork and basic stock records involved)

• Good attention to detail and a responsible, safety-first attitude

• Ability to work within a team and follow procedures carefully

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred

Hours & Pay:

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–4:00pm

• Occasional extra hours may be required to meet workload demands

• £14.40 per hour
