Job summary

Yusen Logistics is recruiting for a Counterbalance Driver (nights) to join the brand-new Northampton warehouse near junction 15 of the M1. You will work Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00, delivering 40 hours per week of reliable warehouse operations.

The role requires warehouse experience, a counterbalance licence (or willingness to obtain one), and a proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Counterbalance Driver (nights) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-06:00 (40 hrs p/w).

The Role

As a Counterbalance Driver, you will support the day-to-day running of our brand-new Northampton warehouse located near junction 15 of the M1.

Working as part of this brand-new operation, you will support a variety of warehouse activities to meet the changing needs of the business. As the operation develops, your day-to-day tasks may change, requiring a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

You will also:

• Load and unload goods using manual handling equipment
• Undertake training for any equipment or IT systems
• Use our warehouse management system to manage your workload
• Follow H&S guidelines to support a safe working environment
• Complete relevant paperwork and goods checks

About You
