Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Driver

Berry Recruitment is seeking a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Driver for our client based in Watford. Applicants must hold BOTH a valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence.

Role Overview

As a Forklift Driver, your responsibilities include safely operating the forklift to move and organise stock, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient handling of deliveries.

Pay Rate

£13.50 - £14.00 per hour

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Duties

1. Operate the forklift to move and organise stock
2. Load and unload deliveries efficiently
3. Perform general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and stock control
4. Ensure health and safety compliance
5. Conduct daily forklift checks

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (In-house licences not accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a forklift driver
• Team player with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
