• Provide prompt product knowledge and information to customers as the first point of contact in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or email in a timely manner.
• Prepare small order quotations for urgent contracting jobs.
• Conduct product research using catalogues and online resources.
• Verify the availability of all items ordered and scheduled for customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain stock levels at the counter area as needed.
• Assist in the warehouse if required.

What you will bring:

• Previous technical sales or customer service experience in wholesale or distribution is required.
• Knowledge of the local HVAC and Plumbing markets is an asset.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with AS400 is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
