Primary Responsibilities:

1. Offer excellent customer engagement through advice, recommendations, and assistance.
2. Maintain high hygiene standards within the store.
3. Support and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
4. Work in a sales-driven manner to achieve targets.
5. Develop in-store knowledge, skills, and confidence within the team.
6. Support the store manager and supervisor.
7. Greet and serve customers.
8. Prepare the counter and different cuts of meat.
9. Assist customers with their purchases and provide product knowledge.
10. Prepare the counter and pre-pack areas.
11. Conduct product sampling.
12. Manage stock rotation and price reductions.
13. Receive deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
14. Distribute promotional materials.
15. Perform general cleaning tasks.
16. Participate in internal training sessions.
17. Support management functions.
