Sofina Foods Europe is hiring a Counter Sales Assistant in Kilkeel to deliver friendly, fast-paced service. This part-time role is 2 days per week (10 hours) with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour, offering hands-on experience in a busy retail food environment.

You will greet customers, advise on products, prepare counter displays to high hygiene standards, handle stock and deliveries, and support promotions. Join a team that values quality and customer satisfaction.

• Support the management team with daily operations and staff development activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Assistant to join our team in Kilkeel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service and wants to develop their skills within a well-established retail food business.

As part of our retail team, you'll help create a positive shopping experience for customers while maintaining high standards of product presentation, hygiene and food safety. You'll support the Store Manager and Supervisor with daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales and service targets. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £12.75 per hour.

This is a part-time, 2 day per week role - 10 hours per week.

Key Duties
