Sofina Foods Europe in Antrim is seeking an experienced Butcher Supervisor to lead the on-site butchery team, uphold quality standards and ensure food safety compliance.

You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, train staff, and maintain excellent customer service while showcasing meat preparation expertise.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Butcher Supervisor to join our team in Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled butcher with strong leadership abilities who is passionate about delivering high-quality products, outstanding customer service and developing others.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the butchery department, ensuring products are prepared to the highest standards while maintaining food safety compliance, driving sales performance and supporting the development of the wider team.

Key Duties

• You'll be responsible for leading the butchery department and ensuring excellent operational standards are maintained.
• Lead, motivate and support the butchery team to achieve operational and sales targets
• Prepare and present quality meat products to customer and company specifications
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote product knowledge across the team
