Join Our Wimbledon Team as a Business Manager

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Business Manager to join our Wimbledon team (coming soon). This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and oversees the daily operations of our Wimbledon counter. As a Trinny London Artist, you will embody our mission to empower customers with our curated makeup and skincare products, combining artistry skills, product knowledge, and a passion for people.

The Role

Your daily responsibilities include:

1. Leading your team by achieving targets and elevating artistry skills
2. Managing counter operations, business planning, and inventory checks
3. Overseeing visual merchandising and health & safety procedures
4. Using retail management tools to monitor performance
5. Driving team performance, conducting reviews, and addressing issues
