Position: Counter Manager - Stansted Airport

As a Counter Manager for Dior Travel Retail, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in make-up, skincare, and fragrance. Your engaging style will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure all customers receive a personalized luxury service. The role involves strategic thinking, collaboration with senior management, retail focus, and operational efficiency. Your passion for the brand should exemplify Dior at all times.

Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Sales
  • Set and achieve targets in line with company expectations.
  • Develop action plans to optimize business through consumer insights, BC shift management, promoter investments, incentive schemes, and trade marketing activations.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service.
  • Lead and coach your team to ensure all team members are aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Link sell, cross-sell, and up-sell across product categories to increase ATV and ATU, and meet sales targets.
  • Maximize new product launch plans.
  • Ensure proper stock at POS with continuous follow-up on stock issues.
Service
  • Educate and train team members on Dior products, keeping updated with My Dior.
  • Be passionate about people and team development.
  • Liaise with training teams to ensure BCs attend mandatory training and follow-up coaching sessions.
  • Recruit and integrate qualified sales staff.
  • Be knowledgeable about all Dior products and propose personalized recommendations confidently.
  • Demonstrate products and explain benefits effectively.
People Management
  • Proactively manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular counter visits and appraisals to support BC development.
  • Motivate BCs to foster team spirit and goal orientation.
Operational Management
  • Enhance Dior brand image through visual merchandising, BC grooming, and POS activities.
  • Manage stock levels collaboratively with other Counter Managers.
  • Grow the business through events and promotions.
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Make solid decisions aligned with Dior values to support business growth and handle daily challenges.
General
  • Participate in merchandise management following corporate guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
  • Build relationships with store management and key opinion leaders, following store policies.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by senior management.
