Overview

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Counter Manager in Preston. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing staff, promoting products, conducting beauty services, and ensuring store standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Brow and Beauty advisors, motivate staff, delegate roles, and meet sales targets.
• Achieve counter and service sales goals through customer engagement, product demonstrations, and booking appointments.
• Perform brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing. Full training will be provided.
• Lead team meetings, communicate effectively, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Organize in-store and external promotional events, including product launches and charity events.
• Maintain stock levels and report concerns promptly.
• Ensure open communication between store and area managers.
• Complete administrative tasks and staff rotas accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.

Qualifications

Willingness to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays. Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented.
