Benefit is growing, and we are looking for a fearless Full-time Counter Manager passionate about making real connections in Sephora Metro Centre!

Responsibilities
  • Manage Brow and Beauty Experts, motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets and high customer service standards are met.
  • Achieve counter and service sales targets through team delegation, customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
  • Perform brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing (training provided).
  • Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognize positive work to motivate the team.
  • Build business through in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
  • Maintain stock levels and report concerns.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with management.
  • Handle administrative tasks and staff rotas fairly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
Qualifications

Counter Managers may need to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
