We aim to transform customers into better versions of themselves while having fun. As a Counter Manager, you will:

  1. Manage Brow and Beauty Experts, motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets and high customer service standards are met.
  2. Achieve counter and service sales targets through team delegation, customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
  3. Perform brow services like waxing, tinting, and tweezing. Full training provided.
  4. Lead daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
  5. Organize in-store and external promotional events, including new product launches and charity events.
  6. Ensure the counter remains stocked and report concerns promptly.
  7. Maintain high levels of communication with store/department managers and area managers.
  8. Handle administrative tasks and staff rotas fairly and timely.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.
