As a Counter Manager, your role includes:

• Managing Brow and Beauty advisors, motivating staff, delegating roles, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high customer service standards.
• Achieving counter and service sales targets through delegation, customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
• Providing brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing (full training provided).
• Leading teamwork through meetings, communication, and recognition.
• Organizing promotional events and special activities.
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained and reporting concerns.
• Managing communication with store and area managers.
• Handling administrative tasks and staff rotas.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Salary: £21,500 – £27,500 (dependent on experience & performance)
