Overview

We are looking for a fearless Full-time Counter Manager passionate about making real connections at Boots Liverpool Street!

Benefit Cosmetics, founded in 1976, is a prestige beauty brand operating in 59 countries with over 3,000 BrowBars & 6,000 trained service experts worldwide. We believe laughter is the best cosmetic and aim to transform customers into better versions of themselves while having fun.

Responsibilities

  • Management: Lead and motivate your team, delegate roles, meet sales targets, and uphold high customer service standards.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve sales targets through customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty services, and booking appointments.
  • Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Full training provided.
  • Teamwork: Conduct daily meetings, communicate effectively, and motivate the team to meet targets.
  • Promotion & Events: Organize in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
  • Stock & Communication: Maintain stock levels and ensure open communication with management.
  • Administration & Rota Management: Complete administrative tasks and manage staff schedules fairly.
  • Hygiene & Housekeeping: Keep the counter clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
