Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for its pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies?La Prairie is looking for an Account Manager to join our South Region team in Cambridge.

In this exciting role, you will lead a team of two Beauty Therapist Consultants and be responsible for managing our counter at John Lewis, Cambridge. Your main objective will be to implement effective weekly business plans and drive retail performance to meet and exceed targets.

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our valued existing clients while also playing a key role in introducing new customers to the La Prairie experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional client service

Drive sales and achieve retail performance targets

Develop and execute weekly business plans

Cultivate strong client relationships and build brand loyalty

Recruit and engage new customers to grow the client base

Proven experience in luxury retail or beauty
