Overview

Benefit is growing, and we are looking for a fearless Full-time Counter Manager passionate about making real connections in Boots Fareham!

Responsibilities
  1. Management: Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts, delegate roles, meet sales targets, and uphold high customer service standards.
  2. Sales Goals: Achieve retail and service sales targets by engaging with customers, demonstrating products, performing beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
  3. Brow Services: Conduct waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. Training will be provided to develop Brow Expert skills.
  4. Teamwork: Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognize positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
  5. Promotion and Events: Drive business growth through in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
  6. Stock Management: Keep the counter stocked and report concerns promptly.
  7. Communication: Maintain open communication with store, department, and area managers.
  8. Administration: Complete necessary administrative tasks regularly and assist with area manager administration when needed.
  9. Staff Rotas: Prepare fair staff schedules monthly.
  10. Hygiene and Housekeeping: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays at all times.
Qualifications

Counter Managers should be flexible to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays alongside weekday shifts.
