Responsibilities

  • Management – Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts, delegate roles, meet sales targets, and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Sales Goals – Achieve counter and service sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty services, and booking appointments.
  • Brow Services – Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings. (Training provided.)
  • Teamwork – Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognize positive work to motivate the team.
  • Promotion & Events – Organize in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events, to build business.
  • Stock – Keep the counter stocked and report concerns promptly.
  • Communication – Maintain open communication with store and area managers.
  • Administration – Complete necessary administrative tasks regularly and assist with area manager admin as needed.
  • Staff Rotas – Prepare fair staff schedules monthly.
  • Hygiene & Housekeeping – Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
